For a second time that day with 69 Chambers a Swiss band entered the stage. The were not rookies at the festival as they were there already at the 8th edition. Meanwhile a little redeployment. Besides the last show bassist Maddy Madarasz is not with her anymore. Her part is taken over by front woman Nina Treml who is supported by guitarist Tommy Vetterly and drummer Diego Rapacchietti.
With them they had their new album "Torque" which continued the taken way of "War On The Inside" consequently. The style is still alternative metal and having rich riffs, as well as an impressive voice (however her look is also something that is nothing to sneeze at) the whole thing is making big fun. Just as the last thime the audience was going crazy during stunners like "Anhedonia" or "The Day Of The Locust". It was really a good decision of the promoters to book this band, that is currently touring together with Delain, for this jubilee festival.
A really terrific set which unfortunately was way to short. Just like the last time the end came much too early. But today has shown: from Swiss there is not only successful pop music like DJ Bobo coming but also really great female fronted metal represented by 69 Chambers and November 7!
Setlist:
- The Peep Hole
- Anhedonia
