Towards half past eight Me.Man.Machine entered the stage of the Krefeld Kulturfabrik in front of which only very few had gathered. Roughly 50-60 persons were waiting agog for the gig of the Swiss around front men Roland Häusler. And they should not be disappointed.
The Swiss had with "Revier" only one album released but of that a nice mixture was played. The music I would declare as alternative rock and it lead from quiet songs like "7 Minutes Late" till some more lively ones like "Craving". The persons in front of the stage took it easy and followed the songs more attentive, however the band was dismissed with lots of applause.
I liked it very much. The songs somehow more quiet but very good combined with the very intimate atmosphere at the small Kulturfabrik, it had a ring to it. A show without large hoo-ha but that was not needed. The songs on its own were already catchy and effective enough.
