Let's head over to the first surprise of the day: the Swiss confederates sent November 7 towards Belgium to mix up the venue by true metal of the style of the early-days Lacuna Coil albums.
Front woman Annamaria Cozza really knew how to get the numeorous audience in front of the stage moving. Very energetic she permanently ran across the stage and directly the first arms were up in the air. The gig made a very professional impression and Annamarias remarkable voice directly was very catchy. But also her band members did their thing to make the gig (of which also a video will be released) to something special. One funny thing was that Annamaria in the mid of the concert went to the front of the stage and announced: "The Swiss is known for two things: cows and chocolate. As bringing cows with us was not that easy we decided to bring chocolate!". Said it and threw some Swiss chocolate into the crowd. That was really something different than the known band gimmicks!
Unfortunately they only had a short 35 minutes slot. Whereas the band was that good that they easily could have played one of the longer ones later at the afternoon. Anyhow, maybe that will be the case at one of the next Metal Female Voices Fests.
