Highs and lows on Saturday of the Blackfield Festival

The second day of the Blackfield Festival was also packed with big names from the dark scene. Unfortunately, this day was also marked by initial downpours, which is why I arrived at the festival grounds later. But then I was greeted by an exciting start with .com/kill, the side project of the Diary Of Dreams members. From Sono and Solar Fake, it continued with the rockers from Unzucht, who provided the first highlight of the day.
The following veterans had two completely different shows to offer. Mesh from Bristol, founded in 1991, unfortunately suffered from massive technical problems, so their performance was not as good as expected. Deine Lakaien, with 30 years of stage experience, captivated the entire audience with their dark melancholic sounds and created a reverent atmosphere. Eisbrecher then provided a spectacular conclusion to Saturday and were, for me, the absolute highlight of the Blackfield Festival with their typically confident show.
